Return Policy
All perishable products such as:
• Beauty Cosmetics and Organic Beauty Cosmetics
• Healing Herbal Products (Yoni steams, Beauty Baths, and Sage).
• Body Oils
• Dinnerware
• Gift cards
are all non refundable.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
For complaints of products , we require a receipt and proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only store credit are granted:
- Clothing and Accessories that are damaged and has not been worn by the buyer.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, spoiled, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
- If you are approved, then your store credit will be applied within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing items
If you haven’t received your item or if your item is taking longer to arrive then aspecting, first check your bank account again. If your payment is in processing then your item’s will be shipped once processing is completed through your bank. Once the item is completed, give it up to 3-5 business days to receive shipped products from buyer.
Sales items
Sale items are final sale.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, there will not be any refunds.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should email theartistapril@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
